First Party: Arabian 4x4 Trading Company – Commercial Registration No. 1010572907
Second Party: The Customer / Original Owner whose name is stated on the invoice.
Product Sales:
- To obtain and benefit from the warranty, the order invoice (printed or digital) must be provided.
- Warranty coverage for parts and accessories shall be subject to the terms and conditions of the manufacturer, starting from the date of installation, and is applicable only when installed by authorized distributors. The warranty may not be transferred from the Second Party to another party.
- The First Party shall not be liable for any damage resulting from misuse of the product.
- Returns are accepted within seven (7) days from the date of purchase, provided that the product has not been installed, modified, or altered in any way.
- During promotional/discount periods, returns and exchanges are accepted within three (3) days only, provided that the product has not been installed, modified, or altered in any way.
- The refund amount will be credited to the purchaser’s account within fourteen (14) days from the date of the return.
- The First Party shall not be liable if the manufacturer rejects the Second Party’s claim for compensation or replacement of damaged products where the damage is due to a non-manufacturing defect.
